I went through a period of time in my life when I was highly stressed, unhappy, and living my life the way that I thought I “should”, not the way I truly wanted to live it. I know this was the reason why I had many health issues and unhappy relationships. After being blessed by the inspiration of wonderful friends and a couple of books, I started journaling to get out of my funk; I needed to figure out what I wanted out of my life. I needed structure in my writing, so I created a simple template of items to fill out every day. In 2012 it completely changed my life and ignited the flame to find happiness within myself.
I took my creation one step further and named it the Happiness Journal so that I could share it with others. I knew that other people need help with the same issues, and I realized that if something so simple could help me, that it could help them. As a result, I have become passionate about others finding their personal happiness and health. I wanted to offer a holistic approach of mental and physical well-being that can be easily incorporated in one’s personal lifestyle. This desire led me to create Happy Healthy Habits. The Happiness Journal, in addition to the affiliate products and programs on H2 Habit’s website, has given me a well-rounded approach to maintaining health and balance amidst my crazy everyday life. My goal is to help you use these tools to create your own mental and physical transformations.
